tips for a great visit

We want you to make magical memories during your Santa visit. Please view our tips to ensure your visit with Santa is merry.

  • Provide a special place for Santa to park, preferably close to the entrance of the event.

  • Include a cell phone number of someone at the event who will be able to respond.

  • Have someone outside to meet Santa. He might need help loading toys into his sack or need to be guided to the event.

  • Make Santa's entrance, BIG! You could make an announcement or play some music.

  • If possible, place Santa's chair in a place with a great holiday background for photos. Don't forget to leave room for group photos.

  • If you didn't pay online - place cash payment in a Christmas card, so you don't have to hand Santa money and risk children seeing the transaction.

  • Gather the children and keep them together so they are occupied so Santa can depart.
